Vertikote offers the largest range of warranty systems Australia-wide, with a system to suit any project and can achieve up to 15 years for Steel and Gal substrates and up to 30 years warranty for Aluminium substrates.
Vertikote enjoys the highest accreditation from Dulux, Interpon and Jotun for all their powder coating products and systems, as well as being Qualicoat Accredited.
Pacesetter® High Performance Coating Systems
Vertikote’s Pacesetter systems offer an appropriate coating treatment that enhances the performance, durability and aesthetics of painted items.
The Pacesetter High Performance Coating Systems available include:
- Pacesetter HP 100 – for general purpose applications – meets AAMA2603
- Pacesetter HP 200 – for low to medium industrial environments – meets AAMA2603
- Pacesetter HP 300 – for medium marine / industrial environments – meets AAMA2604
- Pacesetter HP 400 – for heavy coastal environments – meets AAMA2604
- Pacesetter HP 500 – for high performance environments – meets AAMA2605
Vertikote’s range of systems provide superior adhesion, finish and protection for all types of Aluminium, Black Steel, and Galvanized Steel substrates. Vertikote’s in-house technical services team (including our QA inspectors, Industrial Chemist and Laboratory) oversee and ensure that all work meets stringent quality control criteria in accordance with HP system specifications including Qualicoat Specification and Australian Standards.
