Onsite Electrostatic Coatings

From medium-density to highrise buildings, our onsite coating division has the capability to repair individual facade panels, through to re-coating an entire facade.

Our onsite paint technicians have the skills to recolour, repair, and rejuvenate to residential and commercial windows and doors to ensure they look and perform like new.

We have a range of Pacesetter^® High Performance coating systems which suit different substrates, from aluminium, to stainless steel, mild steel, hot-dipped galvanised steel, pregal, etc. And we know how to select the correct paint system to ensure the coating will perform in terms of initial finish and also longevity.

Most damaged and deteriorated substrates can be repaired and recoated. So whether it be from a faulty coating system or the metal being severely damaged, our onsite division can generally repair and recoat at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

We offer rectification of these items, which can typically be hard to remove. Additionally, most are not aware of the high-end paint finish that can be achieved onsite through our electrostatic coating application. So not only is it more cost effective than replacing existing items, the results are excellent too.

Vertikote’s Onsite team has vast experience applying/repairing protective coating systems to structural steel, where the coating performance is vital. We ensure the coating system is applied correctly from the outset which includes, if required, onsite sandblasting, paint stripping, etc. This ensures the maximum adhesion is achieved, therefore prolonging the life of both the coating and the steel substrate.

From domestic to commercial roller doors, regardless of the size or scope of the project, we can electrostatically spray in-situ, with the result that they come out looking new.
