Pacesetter®: UT100 2 Pack Polyurethane

UT100 is the result of the latest research and development into fusion bonded or air dried coatings. It is applied by Vertikote using the most advanced production equipment and methods. It offers long term protection for interior or exterior aluminium, steel or galvanized iron surfaces.

Pacesetter® - UT100 has been specifically developed as an attractive, matt to full gloss coating for aluminium extrusions or sheet, galvanized iron and steel surfaces. Manufactured from locally blended materials, producing consistent colour and gloss levels. It is the ideal coating for almost any metal surface requiring long-term protection. Available with a five to ten year warranty on project specific jobs.

Our unique application method ensures an even film with minimal edge build up and offers many advantages over conventional methods.

1. Metal surfaces are cleaned and primed utilizing a multi-stage conversion pre-treatment system. This meticulous surface preparation is essential to ensure durability and long term metal protection.

2. The metal is then coated with Pacesetter® UT-100 using either electrostatic or conventional spray equipment, that controls the dry film thickness, preventing excessive edge build up which could lead to edge chipping and subsequent corrosion.
